RUN

The 5K (3.1 miles) level course has been changed this year to include more of the Motlow campus and the beautiful Moore County countryside.

WALK

Walk at your own pace and enjoy the beautiful 3.1 miles of Southern Middle Tennessee scenery.

KIDS

One mile running course along level campus roads, totally visible from the start line. All kids receive a medal.

Entry Fee: $10 T-shirt $10
(Late Entry $15, T-shirts not guaranteed)

Plaques: Top 2 finishers for each sex and age category, and top 2 teams for each sex.
Water will be available along the course.
